I know Christine from my teen years. We were always friends but not super duper close .. so when she requested to be a part of this I was over joyed. She was always a sweet girl. We actually bumped into each other a few years back at a craft show I was doing. She has blossomed into a confident beautiful woman and I was so happy for her!!

I want to thank Christine B for praying on a rosary and giving us her inspiring story. Below is an unedited experience from her after spending some time with one of the rosaries. Enjoy her words and thank you for being a source of inspiration. After reading this many people can relate and I hope they are inspired too….

My Experience With The Fatima Rosary by Christine B:

I thank you for allowing me to be a part of your special initiative that is near and dear to you and hopefully inspiring others.

When I first received the beautiful rosary I placed it on a cross I have hanging in my room that was my grandfather’s. I wanted the rosary to get settled in to its new environment and get to know me a little.  The cross (Divinity wooden sick call cross) is wooden and inside it holds a set of candles and a bottle of holy water. I am uncertain as to where my grandfather acquired the cross, but I do know that is has been in our family for over 60 years. I received the cross from my mom after my grandmother passed away, January 29, 2011. R.I.P. Harriet Spagnolo, you were an amazing woman.  Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you!

I understand that being a part of this blessing go around, means we are to share with you and others our experiences.  I can only say that I felt at peace when holding/praying the rosary. When I wasn’t, the rosary would hang on the cross in my bedroom.   Just having the Fatima Rosary near to me was soothing and I felt as though I had another guardian angel to watch over me.

As I mentioned above I lost my grandmother this year, which is why I wanted to be a part of this special initiative…..I know that God does not give you more than you can handle, but sometimes I feel as though I am pushed to the limits.  It’s amazing, how everything seems to
work……You open your mind and heart and things just start to happen.  Kind of like right now it seems as though my personal life right keeps getting more amazing each day, if that is possible!  I have finally found someone who makes me laugh and accepts me for ME.  I am a firm believer in things happen for a reason and people come in and out of our lives for a reason.   The Rosary has shown/given me this….I had to go through ALL the ups and downs to get to where I am today.  If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t even blink an eye.

I so feel blessed to have been a part of your Blessing go around.

Have an amazing day, for each day is a gift from Heaven.

Sincerely,

Christine

This entry is the inspiration Rose T. received after praying on a Fatima rosary for Blessings Go Round.

I have recently reconnected with Rose through Facebook (gotta love FB.) She was a great friend to me as a teen and gave me so much wisdom and inspiration. Though we were years apart in age, we got along like best friends. She was always happy and positive.

I know recently she has gone through many tests and yet is always positive and upbeat through it all. She is a truly blessed woman with a wonderful family. Here is her brief story in her own words:

“In the past 15 years I realized that we really don’t have control over our lives…life happens when you’re living each day thinking that things are fine and then something happens to make you realize life is so fragile.

Wishing for “things” and hoping for someone to get “better” if they’re sick used to be the “norm” and I’m sure it’s the “norm” for everyone.

I have realized since we don’t have control of our lives…we should just pray for strength and guidance and TURN the rest of it OVER ….. I find peace with the prayer…”trust in the lord with all your might lean not on your own understanding….acknowledge him in every way and he shall guide your path”

Thank you Rose for sharing with us your inspiring message. I too found my path and enlightenment later on in life. I guess sometimes you have to go through experiences to find the light.

Friends, I hope this entry inspires you to find your guidance and enlightenment. Have a blessed day!

I know it’s been a while since posting and my apologies to all of you who look forward to a little bit of inspiration from my blog. I usually post some of my art for you to enjoy as you read… please enjoy some photos of Greece for this post 🙂

Since I have changed my lifestyle a bit, my mental energy seems to have redirected itself towards self-healing and getting my heath in line. I started my exercise and diet program which I can say I am happily sticking to for the most part (Yippie!) However, my weight loss goal is not in sight – LOL!

Although I have yet to reach my goal (12 pounds yet to go) I have really enjoyed walking (almost) every day. I am doing like 4 – 5 miles and that translates to 1 1/4 – 1 1/2 hours of walking. I get to do my prayers while I walk and think about where life is going. I feel really good!

Last week my husband and I were in Greece for two weeks and I maintained my exercise, but shall we say the food there was a bit too tempting so I stuck with healthy choices but indulged in some desserts, cheese and lots and lots of wine! But it was worth it.

My healthy start! Fruit salad in the morning ... But by night I couldn't resist temptation any more! Chocolate souffle cake called ...

The morning walks along the hilly beach path was amazing. Looked for sea glass in the afternoon with my husband on the beaches and my husband worked (a lot) while we were away. I am really blessed to be able to accompany my husband while he has ‘working vacations’. The evenings were filled with fabulous dinners with friends.

Hello ....Will Power - Where did you go?????? Seriously??? Well it's hard to resist when it's right in front of you. I would NOT have ordered this! I promise!!!

I always contemplate how I got here and how amazing my life is. What if I never met ‘the One’ … The special one God had chosen for me? How much different would my life be? But all the time I believed in my heart that he was out there. Years of prayers and devastating disappointments… Did they sculpt me to be stronger? Were they my challenges to test my faith and strength? Lessons I had to learn to grow enough as a person to appreciate the love that I had yet to experience like never before? If I had given up would I eventually still have met my soul mate? I ponder these things, and feel in my heart of hearts, if I did not remain true to myself and have faith through all of my trials, I would never have received the reward I whole heartedly believed in.

We are tested everyday. The decisions you make and the path you choose must be one that is YOUR truth and YOUR belief. Don’t yield to what is easier for the sake of quick resolve. Always stick to what you believe in your heart… it speaks the truth and you will always receive what God intends for you because God is in you speaking to you through your heart. Listen. Act on it. Believe in it. Stay strong and you will finish and win the race. A new challenge always lies around the corner. Envision the end and outcome. Work towards it everyday.

Believe, believe, believe.  I owe my current life, love and lessons to faith.

Thank you God for giving me such divine blessings! I wish to be an inspiration for all those around me, spreading light to where there is darkness and giving hope to the hopeless…. This is what I wish, for anyone who has lost faith or needs a little encouragement.

Balux … Fabulous beach and cafe

Enjoy my art! One of my one of a kind belt buckles featuring St Joseph and his prayer.

I find much of my inspiration comes from personal experience. After all, to convey some of my thoughts and ideas I most likely would have had to experience them to get a full understanding and express my thoughts through my own words to get a message to you from what I know and understand to ‘be’.

I have mentioned before that the true undeniable fact of getting spiritually strong takes much practice. I have been praying and meditating for many years now. I am glad I started when I did, but knowing now what strength it has given me in so many areas of my life, I wish I started sooner. To pray, to get more ‘tuned in’ to the universe and God and all things spiritual gives you such a clear sense of what is important, how to proceed and where to turn to get guidance and help.

I was inspired to write about a frightening experience I had back in 2008 on a flight that had to have an emergency landing. We hear about emergency landings all the time. Many are a change in flight plans, something happening on board that causes a reroute like a medical emergency …. not many of them are a full on emergency situations in which the crew is so rattled, they can’t even speak and go through the emergency crash procedures with you. This was the kind of emergency landing I was in.

The cabin phone rang (I was in row 5). The flight attendant picked it up and turned white. Said a few words and hung up the phone trembling uncontrollably. Fumes filled the cabin and the announcements start … The attendants were going up and down the aisle “When we yell brace… Cross your hands in front of you clasping the seat or grab your knees.” In a panicked state the 2  attendants walked up and down the aisles repeating this over the course of the event about three times. I’m sure they were on auto drive, in a hyper sensitive state thinking this would never happen … The plane was surprisingly silent, except for a baby crying. It is remarkable to see how people react in extreme situations …. The hollywood version I’m sure would depict screaming and crying… and people demanding to know what is going on. But in real life, all was quite except for the repetition of the emergency drill from the attendants.

I don’t know what passengers were thinking. We were on the way to the Ft Lauderdale airport and had to land in the first airport right inside Florida from Newark. It was a good twenty-five minutes before we touched ground from the initial announcement. As soon as you can see the runway, fire trucks and ambulances lined the path awaiting our arrival. Although, at the time and judging by the panic in the faces of our attendants, we did not think we were going to arrive.

Through this ordeal, I remember as clear as it happened yesterday, I was thinking…’This is not happening. This is not happening today. It’s not the time. I have a future ahead of me and I have kids that I’m going to have and my whole life did not include this in it’s plans.’ I just close my eyes and breathed. People around me were crying silently and I’m sure …. praying. I knew this was not going to happen to me today. I told the woman next to me it is OK all is going to be fine.

Well, we landed and firemen entered the plane then they finally let us off after they checked the plane … no explanation… no direction. They said a bus would be waiting for us to take us to our destination.

Well, I was there for a business trip one day meeting and flying back to NJ that evening… They didn’t even give us the option to board another carrier to finish our flight. Well, that was me and my hostility of this event ….

My point in sharing this with you was during the actual event, I knew in my heart that I had more to do here and my mission was not completed.

I knew my guidance and direction. My purpose and mission were concrete in my soul. If I had not prayed and built my spiritual core up, what would I have clung too at this time of extreme fear?

People were in the terminal crying and on the floor on their knees, punching the wall … this in fact was a very near death experience for many people that lasted almost a half an hour.

I am grateful to the pilots who got us on the ground safely, but for the crew who was aware of the seriousness and could not control their primal fear of the possibility of dying that day, made me feel horrible for those who were not ready for this in their lives.

Are you prepared to face the unknown? You think you have issues on the daily basis. Bills, small health issues, family and friend issues… Are you dealing with an unexpected extreme event? Do you feel helpless… I mean HELPLESS? Being on a plane in the middle of the sky and you’re not driving, that’s prime ‘helpless’ right there sister/brother! If you do feel helpless one day, how will you handle it? I know that my foundation through prayer, faith and believing that my future would be what I had envisioned it to be, was the rock. My belief in God delivering me the blessings that he instilled in my heart through my faith, was my hope that got me through that event.

Since I don’t consider myself a writer, I just supply you with my inspirations… My vocabulary cannot convey the ‘peaceful terror’ of this situation. The fact that a plane that was two-thirds full was quiet and calm cannot illustrate (by hollywood standards) the sheer terror that possessed the passengers this day and perhaps for long after.

Well, that’s my story. Even writing this I got real shook up and started to cry. I was scary indeed. Thankfully I know God and I have faith. So my other everyday issues are a breeze. Nothing is permanent. Solutions exist. Life goes on. My day can be filled with gratitude or complaining about what I don’t have. The choice is mine. I decided that day that I was going to arrive safely. I did.

This is not only a blog, but a group initiative to pray and pass on blessings! Read my first post to find out how you can get involved and be part of this mission to spread love:

What do you believe in, what are your convictions? What drives you? What are you passionate about? Who are you grateful to know? What are you grateful for experiencing? These are the things to pray on.

My one of a kind art belt buckle. Please enjoy my art as you are inspired by this post.

I like to pray on the positive. I think it helps to have the positive words echo in the universe. For example, when someone is sick, pray for their health not on the illness. I like to give power to the word ‘heath’ as it is the positive and most optimal outcome you wish for this person not ‘sick’.

It’s a simple little change that allows our prayers and meditation to have a deep profound impact on ourselves as we radiate the blessings outward to others. When we use the positive words in our prayers we feel them all day long. When you think of poor Aunt Edna being sick, you carry with you ‘Aunt Edna being sick’ all day.

When you pray on ‘Optimal health for Aunt Edna’ you carry with you ‘health for Aunt Edna’. Such a small change makes worlds of difference.

These positive words are the pull to the attraction blessings because the words we speak stay in our minds, hearts and spirit. When you recall what you prayed for earlier, you think ‘health for Aunt Edna’ and smile and send out more blessings … it goes on and on a domino of blessings … ripples of positive energy. You feel it inside you that you are hopeful and positive in your thoughts and intentions for her recovery.

You can apply this to your prayers, meditations, etc … Each and every one. This is what is called the law of attraction. I use it in my prayers but my small twist is that I feel if I say, ask for, and give thanks for the positive things, then there is always more because positive energy listens to positive energy.

We are strong when we are positive. Weak when we are negative. ‘Poor me’ is not part of who I am. Don’t be this person. Don’t seek prayer to give you blessings from a needy perspective.

If the universe sees you are weak how can it give you strength? You are weak in spirit and cannot carry to the load of blessings. Find strength for yourself so you can have more and more. You must show you are ready and willing to handle the blessings and not throw them away. God will provide. Show the universe you are worthy. You know you are blessed and can handle more blessing… Bring ’em on!

Give thanks, have gratitude and pray with positive inspiration. I have some examples for you:

Sickness > Pray for benevolence in a most optimal health environment.

Financial > Pray for benevolent blessings of abundance. Pray for opportunities and people to come into your life that will help guide you.

Relationship > Pray for a most benevolent love that creates a soul connection. Happiness, joy and abundance flow out of this relationship that is steadfast and stong.

No matter what the situation is, poverty, unfaithfulness, disease, you will find that praying for what you want to have will guide you to positive blessings.

This is not only a blog, but a group initiative to pray and pass on blessings! Read my first post to find out how you can get involved and be part of this mission to spread love:

I baked a cake yesterday. I mixed my batter, poured it in the pan and popped it in the oven. As soon as I closed the door it was done … Like I waved a magic wand! Do you believe me? Of course not.

As with most posts I like to include a little something to look at, usually that I made. Here were my 2010 Christmas cookies 🙂 A challenge to make in Portugal. Note to self – Bring more cookie cutters from NJ 🙂

This applies to our prayers and miracles. Miracles move at the speed of … well, miracles! 🙂 Sometime you are answered right away sometimes they take time.

I can assure you if you pray on something long enough there will be resolve. During your time of prayer you will have obstacles, questions and answers. This process will be leading to the miracles manifesting. We have to go through changes to live the miracle we seek. Just like the cake needs to bake. Changes are happening … liquid turning to fluffy solid … oozy batter becoming yummy cake.

You are becoming what you want by praying for it. You may kick and scream and not understand sometimes. Like physically working out, it hurts when you are out of shape but once you arrive to a healthy body, working out feels awesome. Your spirit is the same…. (which reminds me .. I need to get on that! Thanks Christmas cookies!)

Unfortunately for us, we have worldly desires that guide us to what we think we want, however it may not always be the best. Did you ever hear the phrase ‘Thank God for unanswered prayers?’ I’m sure if you look back on your life so many things have changed what you want to have, be, live like … and some of what you thought you wanted you may be super thankful that you never received. (Word up! I am proof of this.)

You are a constant project for God and the universe. He wants you to be the best you can be. You must sometimes be broken to learn the value of something or learn some other lessons before you are where you want to be. Have faith, because God wants you to be happy and have miracles manifest. Keep believing in yourself, and have faith that anything is possible.

After years and years of praying for what I thought I wanted … boy oh boy it was a lot of praying … One day I was inspired to give up my ‘ideas’ of what I wanted and pray for the most benevolent circumstances to have love, success and happiness. Pure happiness.

My heart knows what makes me happy. In fact, the base of who you as a person are, is your passion and your desires, right? So if I can’t find the words, or if my heart knows better than me what makes me happy, I asked it be delivered… and guess what … it was. In magnificent, glorious abundance. *So Blessed*

No I didn’t hit the mega millions 😉 But I did hit the lottery of life. Only one being out there for me and we were guided to each other. He, in his space was looking for the same. I opened my mind and spirit up to receiving the miracles and blessings as God wanted me to have the happiness I sought … without my specifics attached. The miracles manifested. Now my husband and I have the lives we both sought … It truly is nothing short of amazing.

If you can open your mind to putting what you truly ‘desire’  into your heart and spirit asking for your miracles, they will happen. Don’t be surprised if the miracles are more magnificent than you could have imagined! After all, this is the point … be limitless in what you ask. You will receive. When you ask for *specific blessings you limit yourself. God will work out the details. Focus on the big picture. Happiness? Love? Health? *What I mean about ‘specific’ is asking for  a man/woman with ‘x’ colored hair ‘x’ tall’ in ‘x’ shape with ‘x’ bank account ‘x’ education etc. Just ask for ‘your true love.’

Me and my Prince 🙂

To sum it up I asked > No one fulfilled > I asked why no one was giving me what I wanted > I was told what I was asking for was not good for me > I was redirected through enlightenment to request the bare bones, deepest desire of pure happiness and love.  No expectations, no fine print > Miracles manifested in more abundance than I could have asked for with my prior ‘small minded’ thinking. I brought to me through the divine my blessings. I had to be guided to him and him to me once I gave up the specifics.

The power of prayer is amazing. Pray for you, pray for your loved ones, pray for the world. Blessings Go Round has an initiative of praying on a rosary and passing it on to another person. Would you like to join Blessings Go Round the initiative? If you have gratitude for your blessing or need a little guidance on your path, you will benefit. If today is the day that YOU felt you needed to do something positive for your spirit, maybe it was no coincidence you read this 🙂 Please see this post (link below) to get the details. Ten rosary beads are out and about as soon as someone is done praying on it, and you are on the list, you will be sent a rosary. After you are done, send it to the next person … The power of prayer!

Thank you for stopping by and sharing in my blog. Have a most blessed day!

I am an angel. An inspiring story based on real life events.

Guardian Angels Hand Painted Tanks by Anna Pereira

One day when I was walking about spreading my blessings, the devil came up behind me. He saw my big beautiful wings and was so envious. He tried to rip them off, but only got aways with a few feathers. You see, as he reached for my divine wings, that have been given to be by God himself, coming from a  sacred source, and the devil from evil, he was cut by them. My feathers cut him like razors as his intention to touch me was to do me harm. Those few I lost did hurt, but they grew back. The scars the devil bears from reaching for such opulence out of envy, to take what was not intended for him, will be with him forever.

I saw a child that was in need of comfort and nourishment of the spirit. I wrapped my wings around him and calm, peace and love filled the child. My wings were soft and silken to the touch of the child. Wrapping him in magnificent bliss.

Being an angel is not an easy task. Sometimes I get hurt through the process of identifying evil. The child could have been the devil in disguise, but never do I give up doing good and giving when I can for the benefits of joy and gratitude far outweight a temporary pain.

This metaphoric story is based on a real life inspiration of people who I have encountered in life. Be vigilant of those who try to walk with you. Always be giving and bless those around you. Know that not all who are the intended recipient of your blessings appreciate them and they may even hurt you after you were so giving.

Practice love and forgiving. Be grateful for the power you have to be full of strength and inspiration. Keep giving and shining your light where it is dark. Grace and positive spirit will always keep you strong.

Blessings Go Round is more than my blog to inspire you through visual content, it is intended to inspire you spiritually. I have purchased 10 rosary necklaces from Fatima Portugal and have sent them to ten willing custodians who are praying on them and connecting with spirit. Would you like to join us? The waiting list has started and if you would like to join ‘Blessings Go Round the Initiative’ then please see the very first post in my blog:

GREAT NEWS! Friday will be my first report on miracles that manifested for Cat P. in WI, USA. Please watch for Friday’s post to read a magnificent story as told by her of her experience with her Fatima rosary. Truly inspiring.

My signature T shirt design 'Blessed'

My ‘Blessings Go Round’ initiative strives to create a profound and hopefully life changing experience for those who participate. For those of you who read my blog for inspiration or to figure out your path, I hope the information I provide as well as the inspiring true life accounts of the individuals who prayed on the rosaries to be thought-provoking and instill more belief in you for faith, gives you personal strength and enlightenment in your daily life.

If you come from a place (in your mind/spirit) where you are so detached from spirituality, believing in a higher power, or that you have the power to have all that you want, then my blog may seem far-fetched and a nice little attempt to spread a religious message.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. Yes, ‘Blessings Go Round’ the initiative is about praying on a rosary obtained from the very ‘religious’ Fatima, Portugal. And yes, the prayers on the rosary are based in Catholicism. However, I am not here to ‘bible thump’ or preach through a religious perspective. I am just trying to make you aware of your inner voice, a higher power and that YOU have the power to bless. As I mentioned, what prayers and how you pray with the rosary are up to you.

If you find this as ‘mumbo jumbo’ this is not your time. If you are not open to receiving miracles or to think that you can create all your heart’s desires for you, your loved ones and the world around you, then this is not for you. I speak to those of faith, those with an open mind and those who are at a point where ‘something has to change’. I also speak to those who a aware of how true the words I write are and who are aware of the power of prayer… their prayers… therefore, the power to bless.

If you are a believer in the divine, God and the super energy that exists, then you do believe that this energy is in us. God exists in all of us. We and God are one. If this is true, then we have the power to bless. Have you been asked ‘please pray for me/my mom/my dad/my child (etc.) they are in need of a miracle’? Most of us have, at some point, been asked to pray. Even on the news during a tragic event they say to pray.  Why do you think this is? Because we have the power to bless.  As a sidenote: The act of prayer is not religious. It’s meditative and attaches you divine energy. Who you pray to and how you pray may or may not be attached to different religious beliefs.

You don’t have to be Jesus, or anyone anointed by any church as a saint, or even see with your eyes something tangible like turning water into wine or making the blind see, to know you are powerful. Your words, thoughts and actions all create energy that can be positive or negative. You are powerful. You can spread blessings.

A blessings in motion stays in motion! Keep the energy flowing and always give thanks and have gratitude for everything in your life. Pray on the positive. Invite joy, love and abundance to flow into you, through you and to those around you.

Pray for mankind that we may be at peace and for the Earth that there is always balance. Be the vessel for bliss through glorious blessings 🙂

Become a strong link in the chain of blessings … If you would like to join this initiative, please read the first post…and by all means read the entire blog too 🙂

Enjoy my one of a kind belt buckle as you read my post 🙂

Thank you. That is the one and only prayer that needs to be said. As I mentioned before … Prayer is not about a religion. If nothing else, give thanks for your blessings and say ‘Thank You’ to the universe and to God for blessing you with all of the beautiful things in your life and the problems too.

If it weren’t for hardships and issues we would not grow or appreciate the happy blessings. All hardships and struggles are unsolved problems. Thank God he gave you the opportunity to figure out a solution and an opportunity to grow because out of difficulties always blooms a new life of opportunity, understanding, change, movement, positive energy and more.

Just take a moment from what ever you are doing and say ‘thank you’. Say it again and again. The more thanks you give the more you will have to be thankful for. Read that last line again. I don’t think you will disagree.

Let the blessings flow.

Prayer Works ~ It Doesn’t Have To Be About Religion … So true!

Today I received a report of one account that one of the rosaries has been working already! I know this, you probably know that prayer works but to receive confirmation from someone who is participating in Blessings Go Round, after a week, to feel the miracles, is astonishing and blessed news. I am delighted that I have received such positive news so soon!

I have started my waiting list as well. All 10 rosary beads have been shipped off to their new homes until their temporary custodians are finished and move on to the next person to bring them divine blessings.

Pray for yourself, for loved ones, for the sake of mankind. Pray in gratitude pray for benevolence. Pray for peace, assistance, answers… Prayer, in my opinion, works. You do not need to be a religious person! You can use this as an opportunity to find your path. Just pray.

Join us and receive a rosary, pray and pass it in. You will be a part of this chain of pay it forward energy creating positive shifts in your life as well as others. Trust in prayer, miracles do happen… you must have faith and believe.

Please see my first post on how to be part of Blessings Go Round:
